There are different ones in everybody's book thats in the same group as me

IALT: Set Goals for myself

First I worked out what to set as my goals.  Next I wrote them down And lastly I gave them a background.

While I was making this I learned what clarify meant. It was hard trying to find ideas for my goals for this year. I used what I haven't learnt this year to set goals
