Delicious homemade butter and butter milk!

In the old days there was no electricity, so people had to
use a churn to make their butter, but now, we can use an electric
mixer because there is electricity. Now that we have electric mixers we can make it fluffy.

On Monday, Room 10, from Park Estate School, made some butter. We learned how hard it was in the old days to make butter. We tasted it on bread and it was yum! I recommend you to try some!"

How to make Delicious homemade butter and butter milk!

1.Put cream in the bowl.

2.Get your electric mixer and mix the cream.

3.Drain butter milk into a cup.

4.Put some water in it until it's transparent.

5.Drain the water.

6. Put in fridge.

7.Put in on some bread and enjoy 😂💘.

Tip:If you put it in a fridge it will last for 1 week. If you put it in a freezer it will last for 6 months.

Biltong

Hi my class is busy making Biltong Because last week we were learning about life without electricity. When there was no electricity people had to dry there meat so we decided to try it. We took notes of the recipe  so we could share it with the world if they wanted to make some.The Biltong in the photo is not ready yet but when it's ready we are going to share it.
